2021 Fundraising |
This year we auctioned off a custom Ventum GS1 frameset!!!
With the amazing support of Ventum, we put together an awesome frameset custom painted by TJ Eisenhart. The frameset also included a carbon wheelset from RideFast Racing, tires from Kenda, sealant from Orange Seal, and a Wahoo head unit!
The whole package sold for $3,650 and ALL proceeds went directly to the fundraiser, putting our total money raised at $9,000 so far this year!

We have prizes again too!
The generous people at Orange Seal, Kenda, and POC have stepped up again this year! I'll be giving away not one, but two, of the following gear packs to two people who have donated to the Bike MS fundraiser 🎉🎉🎉. I'll draw the first one on Monday (June 28th), and the second one in early August. This means if you donate over the weekend then you'll have a better chance of getting in on the sweet gear!
The details:
The gear packs will be chosen at random from anybody who has donated to my Bike MS fundraiser (hit the donate button above). You'll get to choose from your favorite setup from Kenda Tires*, some Orange Seal to make sure they don't go flat, and a POC helmet and sunglasses of your choice*.
If you have any questions, send an email through the contact page and I'll be happy to help. Share this with your friends, and thank you in advance for all of your ongoing support!
* - subject to product availability.

Bike MS Background
First, I would like to thank everyone who has donated over the past couple years and been a part of this journey! Read below for some background on why I've become involved, and I look forward to seeing you all sometime soon!
MS is a devastating, unpredictable disease. But money raised through BikeMS fuels cutting-edge MS research and critical services to ensure people affected by MS have the resources they need to live their best lives.
In 2012 my Dad was diagnosed with MS. At the time I was in my first year of college and had no idea what MS was or how it would affect my family's lives. I played a lot of different sports as a kid, and he was always trying to help me improve my kick, throw, catch, swing, or whatever it was. He also introduced me to cycling and mountain biking where we would ride the awesome trails around my hometown of Alice Springs, Australia. This started my love of cycling and I began racing at a national and international level and is still continuing today as a professional mountain biker in the US.
Following my Dad's progress and the strength and support of my Mum to keep everything running smoothly has been a humbling experience. I have more respect than ever for them and their relationship, while keeping up with us three kids. My biggest learning experience from this has been to make sure that I continue to live my life every day as though I may not have the same opportunity tomorrow.
Two years ago I participated in my first BikeMS and I met a ton of awesome people, including the team from Infinite Scale (a Salt Lake based environmental design company) and I decided to join forces with them this year! I'm excited to be back in 2021 to raise money and show my support for not only Dad, but the whole MS community!
I've set an ambitious goal because I know that with support from people like you, I can get there.

Details From Last Year:
2020 fundraising is almost done, you guys are awesome!
The fundraising support this year has been such a great success, and right now I've raised over $6,500 thank you to all of you amazing people! On that note, I've rounded up some really cool prizes to give away from some of my sponsors this year :)
There is a minimum donation of $10 to qualify for the prizes, as I believe you have all given what you are able to give and that is special considering everything going on this year. There is one "but," and that is my ability to have things shipped internationally, which means you can only be eligible if you are in the United States. Sad, I know, but it doesn't take away from your amazing support and I hope to have the ability to open this up internationally next year with even more goodies!
So here are the details:
I have two prize packs, one is the Work From Home goodie bag, and the other is a Freshen Up Your Ride pack. I will do a random draw at the beginning of October, but the fundraising closes on September 25th (THIS FRIDAY!!!). If you haven't donated yet, now is your chance!! I will draw the winners and announce on my social media (Facebook and Instagram), and if we aren't friends on there it would be great if you could follow along for the ongoing riding and fundraising efforts through there. If you win, it would be awesome to share and tag me (@ryanstandwich) and Bike MS (@bike_ms on Instagram or Bike MS on Facebook), as well as the sponsors of the prize pack to say thanks. I will also announce the winners via email so keep an eye out!
